Short version: this is a search tool. It does not sell products, set prices, process payments, ship orders, or handle returns.

1. What the service is

The Wardrobe Index searches Shopify catalog data and links to products sold by independent merchants. Every purchase is between you and the merchant.

2. Product accuracy

Prices, availability, shipping, images, descriptions, and product details come from merchant catalog data and may be wrong or out of date. Always verify on the merchant's site before buying.

3. Third-party merchants

We do not control merchant sites, checkout, fulfillment, refunds, privacy practices, or customer service. Their terms apply when you leave this site.

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, bypass rate limits, scrape aggressively, attack the server, or use it for unlawful activity.

5. No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available. It may be incomplete, wrong, unavailable, or experimental.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses from using this service or from any merchant you reach through it.

7. Changes

These terms may change as the project develops. The date above reflects the current version.
